HAUT is the tallest hybrid wood building in the Netherlands and among the tallest in the world. It has a BREEAM Outstanding design certificate, the highest level of sustainability. The building meets the highest standards of sustainability in all aspects of its design, construction, and final result. The SL30® system used in the building offers both aesthetic and innovative solutions, and also meets the highest standards for fire and smoke protection. The building's interior facades and doors are built to last for generations.
