The hotel is located near the Marketplace and the City Hall, creating an oasis of peace in the city. Combining tradition with modern style and comfort, the hotel is located in Rue En Neuvice, the oldest preserved pedestrian street in Liège. In the 12th century, Rue En Neuvice, was the street of the goldsmiths and printers.
Set in three historic buildings around a green courtyard, the hotel was the home and workshop of Jean-François Bassompierre, master printer of the Bishop of Liège, at the beginning of the 18th century and well known for his reprints of Voltaire, Diderot and Mormontel. These historic buildings have been completely restored with SL30-ISO® in harmony with the rich history. (source)
